Solve Your Genealogy Mysteries - Think Like a Detective! was the theme for the 2012 SBCGS Spring Seminar. Whether your mystery lingered in the Cold Case File or was already on the Crime Board of Brick Walls, this was the place to be to learn new techniques to solve genealogy problems. The seminar featured national lecturer, columnist, and renowned genealogist Michael John Neill; motivational keynote speaker, Robert Bason; two tracks on genealogy for beginners, taught by Cari Thomas and Merna McClenethen, leading SBCGS genealogists; BookNook and the Used Book Shop with intriguing books and genealogy-related products for sale; course syllabus; over 35 raffle items; and delicious snacks and beverages.
